T-3 Days: Join the Slack Channel & Let's Get Making Some Teams!

Hi Folks,

Yikes, just three days left!! Pretty psyched & it's looking likely we'll reach our 100 cap too :)

We've got our Slack channel set up now & will be sending an invite out to all your e-mails... Join link on Devpost & the general address is here: climate-changemakers.slack.com.

And as we get ready, here's some instructions, specifically:

1) Join the Slack with the invite you get via e-mail or by clicking the join link here.
2) Introduce yourself in the #hacker-intros channel... Whether you code or not, if you're looking to crack the puzzle that is climate change, you'll be an honorary hacker this weekend!
3) If you have an idea or a team sorted that fits a specific challenge, make sure to let the organizers know using the challenge-specific channel... We'll do a double-check to make sure you tick all the team eligibility boxes (see Devpost) & can also help point to future teammates if need.
4) If you're looking for a team or teammates, use the #team-matchmaking channel... And if Slack does not work, we'll ask anyone without teams to stay for a bit after the Opening Ceremonies & try to link folks in-person that way. Either way, we'll make it work & try to get folks sorted!
5) And finally, don't hesitate to ask for help! Look for "Shitangshu Roy (Organizer)" or "Paris Liu (Organizer)" in Slack, or send us an e-mail @ theoatheproject@gmail.com.

Otherwise, we'll likely send one last update the day before with specific schedules & a Zoom link, but make sure to sign up on Slack ASAP & will then see you all virtually at the opening ceremonies this Friday, February 26 @ 6 PM EST... Cannot wait to cyber-meet you all!!
